You can only enter a instance 10 times on one hour per charteret, so you will not be able to do this for an hour the 10 runs takes about 15-20 minuts.

Netherweave Cloth 
This is a good materiale which you dont need a specially good character to farm, you can use it to make 16 slots netherweave bags if you are a tailor.
